Are you someone who can:

- Implement documents enhancements by addressing specific business needs and resolving queries
- Ensure that documents are professionally and attractively laid out according to corporate identity
- Show a strong aesthetic sensibility when it comes to document layout and visuals
- Accurately create and update documents into internal system from various sources
- Verify and cross-check document structure for accuracy and completeness
- Organize, manage, and maintain electronic files across development environments
- Review and process high volumes of documents within strict deadlines
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data and document structure integrity
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring all documents records are up to date
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet project targets
- Willingness to work overtime when deadlines require this

- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in document processing, data entry, or similar roles
- Ensure accurate verification of systems post change
- Manage programming incidents to provide efficient support, aligned to SLA's and agreed standards
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate and needed
