We act as a trusted partner to international B2B FinTech and SaaS companies and accelerate their growth. We do this by building and managing sales development teams that embed into their sales organisations. **About the role**

This is an opportunity to build on your existing sales experience, become a sales development expert, and ultimately move into a leadership role. When you join, you’ll undergo an intense training program that’s focussed on practical real-world skills and will equip you for success in our business. Over time you’ll get to take on responsibility, mentor junior team members, and then move into a management role.

**Requirements**:
You'll be a great fit for this role if you match the following requirements:

- University degree (in any field)
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving your sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interest in the world of tech
- High levels of motivation and enthusiasm
