Are you an experienced professional in Applied Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics and Planning, with expertise in data and report analysis?

Responsibilities include:

- Exploring and analyzing data sources, implementing data exploration, pre-processing and data cleansing on the historical data.
- Assessing data quality from both a data science and business value perspectives.
- Developing statistical and machine learning models based on the pre-processed data, to create an impact for the business.
- Proactively delivering timeous data insights and reports, in accordance with people-focused strategic focus areas.
- Translating data and trends into stories to drive business decisions. Automating and building reporting dashboards, which are simplified and easy to use.
- Auditing data integrity, investigating concerns, and establishing processes to streamline, improve, and maintain data quality.
- Proactively analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that could impede employee experience.
- Partnering cross functionally to help design and build out Human Capital analytics data warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- This should include 2 years of ML and data science knowledge to define features for the solution and build features to maximize speed and distributed computing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SuccessFactors embedded reporting, and advanced analytics and planning is also required.
- Thorough understanding of the organization and IT Data Analysis, Data Collection, Data Mining, Advanced Analytics to address business requirements, and New Technologies and Methodologies.
