The Foschini Group (TFG) is looking to hire Quality Assessor to join our dynamic (DLC) Digital Learning Centre, to take responsibility for the creation of meaningful and engaging user experiences that best fit the digital learning content, audience and competency | change targeted. Ensure all learning principles and styles are considered and applied appropriately. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and create the curriculum structure to compile information into digital learning content.

Key performance areas:

- Provide quality assurance on all learning content
- Provide quality assurance on the technical build of content
- Contribute to or lead design | brainstorming | idea generation sessions
Ensure SLAs are met
- Ensuring that the daily, weekly and monthly productivity targets are met according to the department’s SLA
- Measure adherence to compliance by ensuring fair and mínimal variance against the relevant standards
- Provide feedback on quality related issues to the relevant stakeholders
- Conduct monthly QA communication and calibration session with relevant stakeholders
- Effectively collaborate with other roles in the DLC, Talent department and business stakeholders, negotiating timelines whenever necessary
- Maintain project documentation, course folders and standards
- Coach and | or mentor within your domain when required
- Maintain standards, internal processes and digital methodology to aid continuous improvement
- Remain abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field of digital learning and web development

Qualifications and Experience
- A qualification in QA, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, UX, ETDP, Technology, or a related field
- 4 to 5 years’ Proven working experience in a QA or technical environment
- Exposure to leaner manager systems (LMS) is advantageous
- 3+ years’ experience in digital learning environment preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- An affinity for technology and innovation
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a highly pressurised and deadline driven environment
- A passion for process and standards with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models - digital preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Effectively persuade and influence relevant stakeholders
