Job Description

The Role**:Outbound Support** is what is going to set LulaBet apart from the competition.

As a LulaBet Outbound Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing outbound support and converting customers.
**Betting knowledge & product knowledge will be key.**
You will work closely with your team and other departments to always ensure the best standard of service.

**Here is what you will be doing (the important stuff)**
- Responsible for all outbound calls to customers and proactively promoting the company and brand to increase the active customer base by converting.
- Assisting customers with making deposits, KYC verification, bonus and promotions, and navigating the website.
- Effectively managing time in line with the operating procedures of the Call Centre.
- Escalate matters that are not able to be resolved according to the company policies and procedures
- Follow up on customers via callbacks.
- Assisting customers queries via incoming calls
- Logging of errors or problems on the website
- Liaise with the software provider technical support team when necessary.
- Ensuring timeous reporting to Manager
- Ensure communications are at a level that maintains the Company’s brand / Image
- Meet daily / weekly / monthly targets.
- Comply with Company and Department Policies and Procedures.
- Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.

Qualifications

The essentials:

- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Previous knowledge of online betting
- Punctuality
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Fluent in English, Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu, and any other additional languages.
- 1-2 years experience in a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must be able to work shifts and weekends

**Some desirables**:

- Knowledge and interest in various sporting disciplines
- Platform experience (Zendesk)
