Manufacturing company looking for an experienced full-time Pastel bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Bookkeeping - capturing all cash book, supplier and journal entries up to Trial balance
- Process payments on online banking
- VAT reconciliation and e-filing submission
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts
- Review and pay ad-hoc expenses
- Petty cash control and reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Maintain orderly file records

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pastel bookkeeping
- Matric certification or higher
- Proficiency in excel
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Strong administration and organisation skills
