We are looking for an individual who will provide knowledge and experienced reports to Municipality.

**Tasks and Duties will include**:
Providing the Municipality with reports and advanced knowledge on the system.

Providing feedback on discrepancies in fleet.

Scheduling maintenance and repairs of telematics devices.

Providing training as an when required.

Ensuring that the Municipality has a 100% healthy running telematics fleet.

Monitoring of vehicle alarms.

Providing feedback to main office on any client changes request.

Ensuring that fleet information is accurate and up to date on system.

Booking/Scheduling vehicle repairs.

Working in a tracking environment.

Customer Care Skills(As this is on-site client premises)

Timeous task handling and response to requests

**Qualifications**

Minimum**:Gr12 (Matric)

Ideal: NCV 4 / ITC - MS OFFICE L3

**Experience**

Minimum: 1 - 2 years

Ideal: 3 - 4 years

**Training**

Minimum: MS Office L2

Ideal: MS Office L3
- Ability to relocate to _**uMhlathuze**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:
