**Requirements**:
- **Proven experience as a debt councilor.**:
- ** Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities**:
- ** Fluent in both written and spoken Afrikaans.**
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Liaising with clients about their initial debt situation (Introduction to the Debt Review Process).**:
- ** Assessing clients monthly income and expenditure.**:
- ** Working with clients to determine priority payments.**:
- ** Following up late payments/paperwork with clients. Monitor monthly DC instalments and reporting on default payments.**:
- ** To assist the company to maintain their quality control and quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with the National Credit act and National credit regulator guidelines.
