A multinational FMCG company is looking for a dynamic, and driven **Regional Sales Manager** for their Modern Trade channels. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies in stores across a group of regional retail chains and petrol forecourts.

**Desired Experience & Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of work experience in sales roles (FMCG experience essential)
- Ideally, someone accomplished with inland portfolios
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Ability to develop and maximize distribution, revenue, and profit across our sales regions
- Resilience, and good negotiation skills
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with our clients
- A realistic approach to problem-solving and the ability to take decisions
- Entrepreneurial brainstorming
- Drive decisions and create procedures through market research and data analysis
- Customer complaint resolution
