Digital Creative Marketer

Our client pushes boundaries to drive sustainable audience development and lead generation. We’re looking for a Creative Marketer to guide their outreach team, elevate our strategies, and connect more effectively with prospects across digital channels. Your mission is to:
1. Develop innovative, audience-focused strategies that drive results across industries.

2. Lead client conversations, sell strategic ideas, and implement tailored campaigns.

3. Integrate, and refine multi-channel journeys that maximize engagement and business outcomes.

Where is executed correctly, their clients grow—and you’ll be at the centre of making that happen.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Analyze market trends to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate journeys into broader business strategies.
- Conduct client meetings, presenting insights, recommendations, and progress with data-driven reports.
- Manage client onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions into active campaigns.
- Oversee campaign coordinators to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact.

**Requirements**:
QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field advantageous.
- Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing and audience development, with proven success in lead generation.
- Expertise in automation tools and manual-built messaging for business development.
- Experience with direct mail, social media (direct messaging and content), WhatsApp, chatbots, and landing pages.
- Proficiency in building inbound marketing strategies and content implementation.
- Strong ability to guide and edit engaging industry-specific content.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Comfort in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.

Preferred Skills:

- Skilled in using AI for workflow optimization and content generation, including building unique messaging for prospect.
- Experience with CRM tools and data logic management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and creative software (design skills not required).
- Strong research skills to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Confidence in analyzing prospect and campaign performance data, with the ability to present findings effectively.
- Previous experience working with international clients is a significant plus.
