An established Debt Counselling company in Northcliff Gauteng requires individuals for call centre positions.

The Outbound Sales Agent position offers a basic salary of R4100 per month with an uncapped sales commission structure. Individuals who meet basic targets would earn R9500 and more.

**Requirements**:
**Qualities we looking for**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Debt Review experience is advantageous
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of call centre systems and operational regulations
- Vibrant personality, target driven, team player, confident, excellent communication skills

**Experience**
- Cold calling sales experience in a call centre setting and a steady track record of meeting sales targets. 1Yr Minimum
- Debt Review experience is advantageous
- Financial services sales such as insurance is advantageous
- 1 yr outbound Call Centre Experience
