**Overall Visual Merchandise and Campaign Management** - Coordinate & Manage the Visual Merchandising and Marketing campaigns throughout the showroom channel - Drive consistency of marketing and merchandise campaign elements throughout the channel - Collaborate with merchandise and marketing to ensure allignment to overall business campaigns - Leadership in creating the national visual strategy aligned to the company and brand strategy. - Provide best practice manuals and provide on-going training nationally to ensure showroom standards are maintained, planned and co-ordinated efficiently - Analysis of sales within categories within individual showrooms and present through the business review processors **Customer Growth through Analytics** - Ensure VM monthly merchandise strategy and planning for implementation is finalised and signed off by Channel Head / Head of Creative / Head of Studio 6 weeks before implementation and is in line with marketing strategy. - Compile individual floorplans for each Showroom through creating a mood board and flow ensuring newness and marketing strategies are aligned for each showroom. - Compile, train, and communicate SOP's relating to monthly floor plans and change overs. - Prepare VM guidelines for all stores and distribute accordingly following sign off - Work closely with design team regarding in-store POS requirements to ensure product newness and communication accuracy aligned to CAT offers and pricing. **Enhance Customer Experience** - Ensure all stores receive monthly newness as per the catalogue and creative review - Ensure Showrooms maintain high standards of visual merchandising and align look and feel to creative and studio and implementation of marketing collateral, delivering aspirational spaces and retail theatre to customer - Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and housekeeping are managed throughout the channel - Ensure customer experience is enhanced by creating impactful visual display, supported by relevant themes, campaigns and pricing. **Organic Growth through Innovation** - Ensure effective communication is achieved through regular management and store level meetings are maintained - Ensure all relevant marketing briefs are compiled and sent through on a 6 weeks timeline to marketing - Ensure effective relationships between VM Departments, Marketing and Merchandise are maintained - Work closely with stylists and external freelancers as and when required. - Attend seminars and workshops to keep at the forefront of VM that is industry related - Attendance of promotional flow meetings as well as catalogue briefings sessions to facilitate effective VM planning **Retail & Africa** - Monthly preparation of VM's memo and distribution thereof - Data based reporting and feedback meetings on stock movement and campaign success - Feedback presentations during Operations meetings - Compile monthly VM feedback report for distribution to business - Report on success of products merchandised by analyzing sales per month Qualifications & Accreditations: Minimum (required) - Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4 Ideal (Advantage to have) - B Degree Legal Requirement - Valid Drivers License **Experience**: - Minimum of 10 years experience in visual merchandise management or similar - Excel advanced - Strong Analytical Skills Key Competencies & Behaviors Our Values - Keep Innovating - we have the courage to contribute new ideas and turn those ideas into reality. - Think like an entrepreneur - we treat the business like it's our own. - Keep it real - we are mindful of the impact of our words and actions. - Raise the bar - we strive to deliver excellence in everything that we do Competencies - Communication & Influence - Planning & Organising - Team Leadership - Delivering Quality Results - Accountability - Customer-Centricity - Digitally Minded - Complex Problem Solving - Leading Change - Commercial Awareness Behavior - Exceed customer expectations - Embrace teamwork to continuously improve business results - Achievement of goals - Work smartly with other teams or service providers to achieve collective goals" - Ensure prosperity - Be Resilient - Understand customer expectations - Generate creative solutions. - Creation of an environment conducive to ensure work success - Ensure prosperity - Be agile
