**Job Description**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcoming and registering of guests on arrival as per company procedures
- Ensuring correct charges on guest accounts
- Checking guests out on departure and handle guest billing
- Assisting guests with queries
- Answering switchboard and directing calls

In addition you will be required to perform relief night audit when required

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Good interpersonal skills
- Previous reception experience
- Knowledge of Opera will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Shift work an operational requirement
