Design/produce training material
- Conduct exercise sessions for new and current sales employees
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for internal sales teams
- Facilitate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses, challenges
- Develop individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance
- Monitor sales objectives and results
- Structure training plans to meet financial objectives
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced customer service and time management skills
- Experience with building and developing teams
- Excellent coaching skills
- Ability to design effective training programs
- Ability to measure performance

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Daily covid-19 screening, sanitizing stations at entrances, masks are warn at all times, social distancing between work stations and daily fogging of work stations.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Claremont, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
