New Business Sales Rep

Our client in the logistics industry requires a New Business Sales Rep focused on Clearing and Expediting in Irene, Centurion. As the New Business Sales Executive you will **actively explore new business opportunities** in the regional clearing and expediting market. **Building customer relationships, assessing client specific needs and reaching sales goals and objectives** will be your daily life.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Own Transport and Valid License for travelling to clients
- 2-3 years similar experience
- Fully bi-lingual in Afrikaans and English
- Client facing with availability for network opportunities after hours
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- A relevant Business, Sales or Marketing qualification will be advantageous
**Capabilities & Competencies**
- Knowledge and understanding of the clearing and expediting industry, including full supply chain, imports and exports process flows.
- Highly motivated and driven individual.
- Well groomed, friendly, professional - a true brand ambassador for the company.
- Ability to enter new markets.
- Extremely good communication with internal and external clients.

- Achieved Sales Targets
- Forecasting and monthly reporting
- Timeous invoicing
- Identifying new business opportunities and securing appointments
- Quality and Quantity of proposals or quotes presented to prospective clients
- Closing new clients and capturing on the system
- Profitability and Quality of transactions executed
- Tracking of deals
- Client retention, Maintained Relationships and customer service
- Negotiation of contracts and quotes
