**Purpose of the Job**:
The purpose of the WFM Solutions Specialist is to support the execution of WFM related tasks such as;
- Implement and manage productivity related practices and programmes for the Shoprite Group
- Maintain data related to tasks and time standards in the WFM system

**Job Objectives**:
**Employee Centric Delivery**
- Assisting with the labour planning process.
- Assisting with forecasting for stores.
- Assisting with determining demand.
- Assisting with the generation of schedules for stores.
- Assisting with the resolution of all WFM related queries.
- Maintaining productivity information of applicable systems and databases.
- Assisting with capturing and processing of productivity and other related data.
- Capturing overtime schedules.
- Supporting the design and implementation of cost reduction strategies.

**People (Self, Team & Organisational)**
- Managing self to deliver to deliver solutions and services to the business.
- Participating in the enablement of an innovative, agile and employee centric culture where

employees are supported, empowered and valued within the Group Productivity team.
- Participating in the enablement of an employee wellness culture within the Group Productivity

team to ensure that employees are supported mentally, physically and emotionally.
- Participating in the enablement of a culture of open and transparent communication within the

Group Productivity team to ensure that employees are informed of developments timeously.

**Financial, Reporting & BI**
- Generating routine and adhoc productivity reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Operating within the Group People Productivity budget.

**Governance & Compliance**
Page 2 of 4
- Ensuring adherence to Group People Productivity governance structures, policies, processes,

frameworks and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative governance frameworks, legislation and

standards.
- Identifying and mitigating WFM risks.

**Future-Fit**
- Participating in the integration and effective flow of work with other solution areas and

business.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in Group People Productivity and WFM

processes

**Qualifications**:
Vocational, Diploma or Degree in business management or equivalent

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years in a Specialist: WFM Solutions or equivalent role
- (essential).

best practices as they relate to WFM Solutions. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures,

legislation and regulations - (essential).
**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proven track record of delivery WFM solutions - (essential).
- Previous working experience on SAP (Advantageous)
- Demonstrable MS Excel and data analysis skills of at least intermediate level (Essential)
