To complement the growth plans in South Africa the Human Resources Department has a strategic role play ensuring a stable platform through this amazing growth phase.

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to be based in our Johannesburg office. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the HR and people agenda within your responsibility area to enable HR service delivery. Assist in the achievement of KONE’s business objectives and contribute to the ongoing development of the business by supporting business leaders and HR team in different tasks.

Are you the one?
- 2 years of professional experience;
- Experienced in a related industry, elevator industry would be an advantage;
- Customer centric and experience in coaching individual development plan actions and promoting the use of KONE learning platforms;
Facilitation and support of all onboarding and exit procedures from different regions in South Africa;
- Providing full spectrum support for local HR in payroll and other locally required administrative HR tasks and services;
- Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards;
- Proactively promote the usage of the HR service delivery model in the unit and identify operational areas for improvement;
- Culture and engagement in the support in employee engagement action planning;
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service;
- Ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment;
- Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Knowledge of other African languages will be advantageous.What do we offer?
