**Opportunity Available Our well known client in Business Development sector is looking to employ an Executive Legal Manager to join their dynamic team in East London.**

- **Drive implementation of the Legal and Compliance Services strategy**

- **Overseeing of operations of the business unit**

- **Manage the provision of sound legal advice and litigation support to the Department**
***:

- **Manage the provision legislative services and contracts management to the Department**
***:

- **Performance Management and Compliance**
***:

- **Resource optimisation**
***:

- **Advocacy
- professional team building**
***

***

**Job Requirements**:
***
- **LLB and Admitted Attorney**
***:

- **10 years’ experience in commercial contract, company law, property law and commercial litigation.**
***:

- **Preferable an admitted notary and conveyancer.**
***:

- **5 years in the Senior Management role.**
***

***

**Must possess the following competencies**:
***
- **Advanced understanding of corporate governance principles**
***:

- **Understanding of inter-governmental relations**
***:

- **Understanding of inter-governmental relations**
***:

- **Labour legislation (incl. LRA, EE, BCEA etc.)**
***:

- **Collective Bargaining Process knowledge**
***:

- **Knowledge of commercial contract, company law, property law and commercial litigation**
***
