**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The purpose of the secretarial role is to provide administrative support to an executive team within GBS Support Services, which supports Talksure. This includes but is not limited to calendar management and travel arrangements.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE**
- Manage C-Suite diaries daily (5 to 6 diaries) and co-ordinate diary management with rest of business
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements
- Process expenses and maintain related controls
- Co-ordinate meetings/events & workshops
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- General office administration and co-ordination
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Grade 12
- Secretarial diploma advantageous
- Previous experience as a secretary or office administrator preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced competence in the use of the MS Office Suite, online meeting platforms
- Must be able to work from our Umhlanga office site

**Working hours**:
Mon to Fri: 8h00 to 17h00
Overtime and occasional weekend work required
