**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Advanced Certificate in Construction.
- Advanced Certificate in on-site supervision.
- First Aid (Level 1) certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Mine Construction Worker or similar role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a team leader role.
- Experience as trainer, mentor, coach or facilitator.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- English: Fully Proficient.
- Mandarin: Fully Proficient (preferred).
- Basic Computer Literacy.
- Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.)
- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.
- Knowledge of construction operations and procedures.
- Able to train, mentor and coach local construction workers.
