Programmatic Media Specialist

The Programmatic Media Specialist will focus on setting and achieving high-level KPIs, providing actionable campaign insights through a detailed and analytic approach to improve performance.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Leading the implementation process for new programmatic campaigns, including set up, trafficking, managing and optimising performance across multiple programmatic buying platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver effective campaigns, ensuring efficient use of the allocated budget.
- Creating media schedules for effective trafficking and tracking.
- Brief in creative for campaigns, as required.
- Determine appropriate metrics against which each campaign should be measured and provide full analysis and reporting on all campaigns.
- Set and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue and growth.
- Maintain all media buys and routinely create performance reports communicating post-buy results of all campaigns.
- Analyse performance to understand value provided by DSPs and other vendors.
- Track media expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
- Provide insight and guidance to members of the integrated team.
**Qualifications & Certifications**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 6 years media buying programmatically within various DSPs.
- Knowledge of digital media fulfilment, programmatic buying tools.
- Knowledge and experience of ad servers, such as Sizmek / Amazon.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level and manage a high level of complexity.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Deadline-driven and good time management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt well to change.
