Established in 2002, our client has built an impressive portfolio consisting of retail centres and commercial buildings in Johannesburg, Port Alfred, and Umhlanga. To join their team of 2, a Mixed-Use Property Administrator with advanced skills in MDA Property System is sought to assist with invoicing and splitting meter reading slips, importing the meter charges from the slips to the invoice and attaching the meter slips to the invoices. You will also be responsible for loading leases, lease and vacancy reports as well as financial summaries, and transferring deposits. The successful incumbent will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, a strong financial background and extensive MDA experience. Resilience, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work in a team are characteristics needed to succeed in here. A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle will be needed too, you will also need to be fully vaccinated.
