As a Content Writer, you will work closely with various intercompany directors and external clients to understand their requirements and produce high quality and engaging copy.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a content writer position
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to add posts and pages to WordPress advantageous
- The ability to write/rewrite captivating and grammatically correct copy
- Good proofreading, fact-checking, researching and editing skills
- Deliver high quality written work according to deadlines
- Knowledge of existing Social Media trends
- Ability to follow client briefs

Main Job Functions:

- Create engaging copy for newsletters, blogs, websites, advertising and online marketing campaigns
- Ability to research and present blog post schedules to clients months in advance
- Create well written and informative SEO aligned copy for various industries
- Create engaging Social Media posts across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Collaborate with clients to capture the essence of their company/brand
- Work closely with our SEO Manager to develop effective and exciting campaigns
- Create and manage live job posts for available positions within the company
- Research, fact check and organize sources
