**Team Leader Insurance Call Centre**

OneSpark, a long-term insurance provider, backed by global insurance giants is seeking an extremely talented Call Centre Manager to help build, implement and optimize the current call centre infrastructure.

We’re looking for a highly driven individual to join our team to supervise and support the day-to-day management of an outbound sales team. The Sales Team Leader will be aiming for maximum efficiency and productivity of our call centre agents. This will be achieved by a result driven, reliable and high-energy individual who we can trust to achieve the required results.

What you’ll be doing:

- Creating a team plan that aligns with the overall business objectives
- Integrating team initiatives and evaluating resources to optimize their utilization, ensuring the team achieves and sustains its targets
- Managing measures and processes effectively, including quality assurance, compliance with business standards, legislation, and audit recommendations
- Practicing fair and consistent people management within the team, including delegation, work allocation, and performance management
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing individual team members to help them achieve departmental and personal goals
- Conducting regular team and individual meetings to foster communication and collaboration
- Effectively communicating and disseminating relevant information in a timely manner
- Actively listening to team members, addressing their concerns appropriately, and providing constructive feedback
- Cultivating a positive customer service experience to uphold customer service values
- Managing change initiatives effectively, considering the ideas and expectations of staff to facilitate a smooth transition of business initiatives
- Contributing effectively as a project team member to successfully deliver divisional projects and initiatives

What you’ll need:

- A completed Matric Certificate
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in a financial services environment
- A good understanding of impacting Legislation (FAIS, FICA)
- Solid life assurance (Funeral Covers) industry knowledge
- Fully proficient in MS Office
- Proven and solid staff / people management experience
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- The ability to be decisive and to in initiate action
- Solid problem solving and change management skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
