**The role**

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will help our clients to achieve their goals and extract the most value out of our Big Data solutions. Thanks to your recommendations, you will have a direct impact on the business of our clients and their digital transformation. You will also be at the heart of our retention strategy by pushing the usage of our solutions and making sure our clients are happy. More concretely, you will:

- Be part of the project delivery team as a business consultant ensuring the client needs are fully understood and aligned with the product being delivered
- Train and guide the clients’ teams in the usage of our Big Data solutions during the adoption of their new products
- Continue to support the client post-delivery, providing coaching and recommendations to increase the value of the product delivered
- Follow up and analyze the process of performance improvements rolled out at the clients
- Evaluate and analyze customer needs to feed the product roadmap or/and boost up-sell
- Work hand-in-hand with the commercial team for the renewals, up-sell and cross-sell
- You will have the opportunity to travel to other African countries up to 30% of your time

**Your must-haves**
- Ideally, you have a few years of experience in a strategy consulting company. A focus on the telecom industry is a plus
- You are pragmatic and have excellent analytical capabilities
- You are proactive and can take initiatives
- You are highly organized and can manage multiple clients at the same time
- You are understanding and utilize empathic communication
- You have a strong interest in big data and are willing to explore this field
- You own a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related or field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- You are fluent in English. French is a big plus.
