- Min 2 years experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
- Previous experience in an Automotive Industry
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
- Computer literate - Working knowledge of Kerridge, Automate, Autoline, Evolve etc.
- Have exemplary telephone, organizational and communication skills
- Must be presentable
- Responsible and reliable
- Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment
