**Description**:
The Document Analyst will work within the Lexis® DocAssembly team. Under the guidance of the Product Owner and Project Leader, the Document Analyst is responsible for ensuring that our client’s documents are kept up to date in accordance with changes in legislation and business requirements.
**Qualifications (desirable)**:
- Tertiary qualification (IT related degree or diploma)
- Conveyancing qualification or experience
**Competencies/Skills**:
- High competency with Microsoft Word
- Very strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, structured, organised, methodical and logical
- Ability to work accurately and at a fast pace
- Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding in object orientated design
- A self-starter, able and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Conveyancing experience (theoretical or practical)
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Create and maintain documents for various clients within the Conveyancing industry using GhostDraft software
- Creating and executing unit tests and performing other basic testing tasks
