**Mission/Function of the role**:
We are looking for a recent legal graduate with a keen interest in regulatory compliance topics. It will provide you with an opportunity to acquires and learn practical knowledge and work experience by supporting the Legal & Compliance - Compliance function to ensure that Siemens’ compliance system is effectively implemented throughout the organisation.

**What are the responsibilities of the role?**
- You will work closely with the Lead Country Compliance Officer in assisting and advising business on practical implementation of Compliance rules and legislation in the following areas of responsibility:

- Anti-corruption.
- Anti-money Laundering
- Competition Law
- Data Privacy
- Human Rights
- Ethics
- Export Control
- Legal and regulatory research.
- Review of customer and supplier contracts.
- Actively manage and monitor remedial action to be implemented in the business following compliance deficiencies.
- Assisting with periodic compliance control testing.
- Assist in presenting compliance training to the organization.
- Assist in risk identification, monitoring, and remediation activities.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- BCom Law; or LLB Law coupled with business/commercial courses and or qualifications.
- 0-1 year of experience
- Any completed courses in the areas of Compliance and/or the listed areas of responsibility will be advantageous.

- Keen interest in regulatory law and corporate compliance.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work within the applicable timeframe.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural international environment.
- Ability to work under pressure on confidential and critical topics.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Highest level of ethical mindset and conduct
