Intercare Mbombela Medical and Dental Centre situated in Mpumalanga province, seeks to recruit a Medical Receptionist. The focus of this position is to provide professional customer service by assisting the medical health professionals with administrative support.

***CRITICAL OUTPUTS**
- Coordinate and schedule doctors training and meeting with pharmaceutical companies.
- Schedule standard and referral appointments for patients according to established procedures.
- Direct all customers to the appropriate location, services and appropriate professional.
- Ensure that the reception area is always net and tidy.
- To refer all emergency cases to the nurse station without delay.
- Coordinate and manage patient flow in the medical waiting area.
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12
- Previous experience in medical practice environment essential.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Working knowledge of GoodX system will be advantageous.
