Universal Call Centre is looking for a well tenured Short Term Insurance Manager

We are an independent brokerage for Old Mutual Insure.

We specialize in vehicle and household insurance.

Universal Call Centre is a leading provider of outsourced sales and after-sales support services to clients in the finance, insurance and telecommunications sectors.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum 2 years managerial experience**

RE/FAIS advantageous

Matric

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Strong team management skills
- Ability to coach and develop agents
- Confident and motivated individual that is results driven
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced changing environment
- Able to manage customer escalations and complaints
- Able to manage, motive, mentor, coach and develop a team of up to 20 employees
- Effectively manage performance of individual team members to deliver against all KPI’s
