is required for**SENIOR AREA COACH**:
We are recruiting for a Senior Area Coach within a dynamic expanding Fast Food Franchise group.

**Job Requirements: At least 5 years related experience in a Fast Food Senior Management position is required.**

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
- Operational standards delivery; exceeding Company operational targets
- Driving consistency in quality, customer service whilst managing standards and feedback
- People Management, leading from the front, driving change and creating a “will do” culture coupled with creating energy and focus on people to ensure outstanding results.
- Support and guidance of all Restaurant Managers within the group appointed to
- Maintaining Hygiene and Health/Safety standards throughout the restaurants
- Driving a fast-paced routine whilst ensuring speed and quality are the essence of this position.

**Skills required**:

- The ideal applicants will have leadership qualities to inspire, mentor and encourage store-level managers in obtaining their goals, allowing them to work on their own and avoid micromanagement.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal to make presentations to the Board, which includes preparation of schedules and financial graphs. Sound financial/ Mathematical skills required in the presentation and reporting of costs, profits and losses is crucial in this position.
- Problem-solving and early identification and prevention is necessary skill. Being a strategist in facing up to challenges in all aspects of Fast Food restaurants is a definite requirement.
