We're looking for a **EUC Architect** to be part of our Client Service Operations team to scan the EUC environment, identify opportunities to improve the service from availability, performance and resilience perspective. The role is critical in ensuring optimal financial costing in the EUC environment.

- **The key Performance Areas of this role will be as follows***:

- Design solutions and the point person to ensure that the solutions are delivered.
- Designing, enhancing and implementing the End User Computer platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business
- Ensuring the correct license SKU’s are used as well as the current and future forecast for these SKU’s.
- Ensuring alignment of the overall IT architecture landscape
- Building relationships with key vendors regarding vendor hardware discussions in the environment with Dell, Apple, HP, Lenovo as well as the increasing tablet environment.
- Provide roadmaps for all EUC related technologies and solutions such as Microsoft Windows (and migration paths to higher versions), Microsoft SCCM, JAMF (Apple distribution solution), Microsoft Defender, browsers (Edge, Chrome etc)
- Software solutions in the environment such as AIIM, Decision etc.
- Providing expert support to business counterparts and operations, as required by assisting the EUC team during complex issues as well as assisting in resolving problems.
- A mentor to the EUC Team assisting them with guidance and assisting in their technical growth.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years at an Architect level.
- Relevant experience as a EUC Architect at a similarly sized organisation and will have successfully led the delivery of a transformed EUC service provision.
- Experience operating & supporting EUC technologies in a large, multi-national enterprise
- Architectural knowledge and experience with creating High Level Designs
- Experience designing EUC solutions in a multi-platform environment
- Experience working in a hybrid infrastructure environment
