An exciting opportunity has arisen for an** International Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator **/** Administrator **at** I&J, **Woodstock, Cape Town**. **As the successful incumbent you will be responsible to ensure the efficient co-ordination of the international sales function by assessing, implementing and co-ordinating all operations and projects relating to logistics, sales, customer liaison, new product development, procurement and system/sales related accounting activities.

The **International Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator **/** Administrator **will also provide a critical administrative relief/ support function to the international marketing team.

**Key Performance Areas**:
**Export Shipment Related Administration and Co-ordination**:

- To ensure the efficient co-ordination of the international sales function by assessing, implementing and co-ordinating all operations and projects relating to logistics, sales, customer liaison, new product development, procurement and system/sales related accounting activities
- Stock Co-ordination and Administration of orders
- Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders with regards to International Sales and Logistics
- Coordination of third party stock procurement and export
- Monitoring of International Sales forecast and budgets
- Assist with compilation of monthly and quarterly operational presentations
- Assisting and Co-ordinating of International Trade Shows
- Involvement in ad hoc departmental projects (inter alia: Packaging and Product Specification)

**Price Deal Management/Claims Co-ordination**:

- Ensure invoice pricing is aligned with deal pricing
- Investigation of claims related to Logistics or Product Quality
- Management of claims, assuring, debit notes or credit notes issued to customers timeously

**Departmental Expenses Administration**:

- Co-ordination of all the expense aspects within the export marketing department
- Co-ordination of travel expenses and travel arrangements for the department
- Consolidate a quarterly statement showing actual spend to date vs budget

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience within an administrative, coordinating, implementation and facilitation role
- 3 - 5 years’ experience within a Sales and Customer Service Role
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics / Shipping
- 2 years’ experience within the Fishing Industry

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Supply Chain
- Bcomm. Degree in Business / Marketing / Supply Chain will be advantageous

**Additional Requirements**:

- SAP SD Model (Intermediate)
- Basic knowledge of financial processes
- High level of numerical acumen
- Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint (advanced would be advantageous)
- An understanding of the sensitivities relating to customer relationships
