The Despatch Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing the entire process of picking, packing, and distributing orders to customers. This customer service-oriented position encompasses both the dispatch of finished goods and the management of customer returns. With supervisory responsibilities, the role involves overseeing the Packing Line staff in the Distribution Centre and coordinating with drivers regarding delivery routes and planned deliveries.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 12
- A Diploma in Logistics Management would be advantageous

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proven track record with 4 to 5 years' experience in a Distribution Centre environment within an organization of comparable scale.
- Demonstrated expertise in the coordination and planning of deliveries to clients.
- Previous hands-on experience in supervising staff on a packing line and effectively managing priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of customer and supplier service principles and practices.
- Possesses excellent telephone etiquette for effective communication.
- Strong proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office and ERP systems.
- Effective interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within teams and with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates good administrative skills in handling various tasks and responsibilities.
- Proven organisational skills to manage and streamline processes efficiently.
- Exhibits excellent numerical skills for accurate data management.
