**Purpose of the Role**
To ensure that all Verification related checks and internal checks are carried out to prevent identity
fraud and ensure all SLAs are adhered to (kindly note that this is a contract role for 6 months).

**Key Responsibilities**:
process using a variety of verification and investigative tools and methodologies
- Performing initial investigations and taking immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to

the business by suspending suspected and closing confirmed fraudulent accounts
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquiries and document submissions
- Additional operational tasks assigned by management
- Identify area of concern and escalate accordingly
- Coordinate with internal teams for all requirements related to preliminary KYC checks and

document verification.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of the verification channels and requirements
- Experience of working in an ecommerce business
- Strong Attention to details skills
- Extensive knowledge of the full MS Office suite, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of KYC and document requirements in an online gaming environment
- Experience in working for an international contact centre
- Ability to work in different shifts
- Ability to work in a multi-dimensional environment

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R1.00 per month
