**Hybrid work model: Minimum two days a week in the office with option to work remotely for remaining three days**

**Contract type: Fixed-term contract linked to the project **_(The project is anticipated to run until July 2026)_**

We’re looking for team members of a specialist media team to work on an exciting, high-impact project. This role requires someone who is driven, takes initiative in and is adaptable to new technologies and processes.

This role is perfect for someone looking to grow in media automation and drive new ways of working at scale. You will need to have some experience in video post-production and graphic design systems, with the expectation of light video editing and design work, but an organised and driven personality will be a great asset. Join us in our vibrant Cape Town office, with opportunities for both local and global collaboration. While this role is part of a dedicated team you can expect to enjoy support and integration within the broader Construct Education culture while leading your initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce media assets to specification
- Facilitate reviews of work and implement feedback
- Streamline processes
- Update various progress platforms as you work (Trello, Slack, OA, etc)
- Attend meetings as needed

**Requirements**:

- **Skill level: Mid-level**:

- Video Editing and/or Graphic Design (knowledge of both preferred)
- Descript, canva or similar knowledge
- Experience in project management or bring part of high-impact teams
- Keen interest in Innovation and automation
