Clerk: Supplier Claims

**Purpose**:
The Claims Clerk will be responsible for managing all claims between members and suppliers on the systems, ensuring claims are being attended within the business rules and timelines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Holding area stock; Add 1005 claims holding area stock to claim on a daily basis; to be measured by % holding stock to claim, target at 100%, tracked by holding area stock report.
- Jobs: prepare the delivery schedule daily, measured by supervisor confirmation, target at 100%.
- Stock holding: stock sent to supplier, measured at Local=30 days TAT, target at 95% of closed claims, tracked by sent to supplier report monthly.
- Jobs: keeps daily records and file all POD’s and job cards, measured by supervisor, target 100%.
- Claims: jobs received to be cleated on a daily basis. Updates notes when the job is sent to supplier, measured by local supplier TAT report, target at 100%, tracking source studio/Local Supplier TAT file daily.
- Stock count: 100% stock count accuracy once a month, measured by stock management, quantity & Value Accuracy - R & %, target at 100%, tracking source 100% R Accuracy stock count by the end of each quarter.
- Turnaround times: warranty repairs sent to suppliers, measured by monthly % of SLA, target at 95% SLA on a 7-day turnaround, tracked via Epicor monthly.
- Turnaround times and material repairs sent to suppliers, measured by monthly % of SLA, target at 95% SLA on a 14-day turnaround, tracked via studio monthly.
**Qualification and Experience**:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in related field would be advantageous
- 2 years’ experience of stock control at a similar level
**Skills and Knowledge**:
- Good knowledge of general administrative ad internal processes
- Knowledge of the ICT industry
- Claims management best practice
- Good communication skills verbal and written
