Capturing of tax invoices/ credit notes using the correct general ledger allocation codes

Confirm the validity of the tax invoices/ credit notes and ensure that they have been duly approved

Reconcile ledgers and accounts

Liaising with suppliers and customers

Assistance with financial audit document preparation.

Processing billing documents and maintaining records.

Posting payments received from customers and updating accounts receivable records.

Adhering to billing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy, integrity and legal compliance in all billing activities

Requirement

Matric ( tertiary qualification would be advantageous)

Bookkeeping experience

Pastel experience
