Además de eso, se trata de construir una experiência que sea única y memorable para el huésped. Nuestros Expertos en el entorno del huésped son personas expertas en toda una serie de funciones de limpieza, cuya responsabilidad es mantener el buen aspecto y la limpieza de todo el hotel. Se sienten empoderados para estar en movimiento y hacer lo que hay que hacer en cada momento. Ya sea encargándose de los solicitudes de los huéspedes, recargando los carritos de limpieza, limpiando cuartos y zonas comunes u ocupándose de otras responsabilidades, los Expertos en el entorno del huésped garantizan que los espacios del hotel permiten que el huésped tenga una experiência formidable. Al margen de cuál sea su puesto, hay una serie de cosas fundamentales para el éxito (garantizar un espacio de trabajo seguro, seguir las directrices y procedimientos de la compañía, respetar la confidencialidad, mantener los estándares de calidad y asegurarse de que su uniforme, apariencia personal y comunicación sea profesional. Los Expertos en el entorno del huésped están siempre en marcha (se ponen de pie, se sientan, andan durante largos ratos) y se implican en todo tipo de tareas (mover cosas, levantar, llevar, empujar y colocar objetos de menos de 50 libras sin ayuda).
