**Core Description**:
To provide high-level support to the Maritime radio infrastructure including IP system configurations and support on the maritime radio control systems/software, monitoring radio system performance, updating systems and records, and maintaining and upgrading the radio systems, when required.

None

**Qualifications**:
Electrical Engineering Degree/ Diploma (N6/S6) Light Current (at least NQF Level 6) and 3 years of relevant experience at the operational level

OR

Grade 12 and 5 years of relevant experience at the operational level

Modular training will be an advantage

**Experience**:

**Special Requirements**:
Valid driver's license.
Able to identify colours
Able to handle height (where applicable)
Able to work in confirmed spaces (where applicable)
Must be willing and able to work after hours, including overtime, call out and stand-by, and
travelling away on S&T
Able to function in a stressful environment
