Main Purpose of the Job:_**

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the implementation, support, monitoring, and control of the adopted quality management system relational to client and DSV requirements. The incumbent will be accountable to ensure compliance throughout the supply chain in respect of formally agreed to quality
- and service level agreements.

**_Job-related Requirements:_**
- ISO 9001:2015/14001:2015/45001:2018 experience
- Production system experience such as FPS, TQM, TPS, etc.
- 5+ years relevant experience in industry with in-depth experience in all job-related requirements listed below
- Operations: Knowledge and hands on skill related to Inbound, Stock Management, Outbound/Order Fulfilment, Return processes, effective packaging, excellent facility housekeeping (5S)
- Problem Solving: Effective Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving and implementation of Corrective and Preventative Measures
- Communication: Must communicate effectively (written and verbal) to manage and meet both internal and external customer expectations
- Training and Coaching skills: Must be able to organize and facilitate training and coaching sessions
- Stress and Conflict Management: Must have effective techniques and/or skills to manage conflict, cope with stress and work effectively under constant pressure
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, TOC or similar methodologies
- SHERQ: Internal measurement and auditing of all site processes to ensure stability and improvement in areas of Health and Safety, environment and facility compliance/risk mitigation. Knowledge and experience of QMS such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001

**_Tertiary Qualification(s):_**

Logistics Qualification and/or

Supply Chain Qualification and/or

Post Graduate Quality Qualification and/or

Relevant ISO certification

+ min 5 years' experience

**_Additional Computer skills:_**
- MS Office (Intermediate)
- RECAP/CAPA (or relevant industry related nonconformance software)
- Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting (intermediate to advanced)

**_Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Ensure that the Ford site is compliant with the current Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) Policy
- Ensure that the Ford site is compliant with the current Ford Production System (FPS) Requirements
- Ensure compliance to QSHE standard operating procedures as well as statutory guidance documents
- Review, write, train, and implement procedures/ processes/ workflows or other, as and when required to ensure compliance with adopted Quality Management System (QMS) covering the DSV operations within the Ford Site
- Active participation in non-conformance closure through appropriate implementation of remedial action to ensure robustness of adopted QMS
- Active participation in continual improvement
- Proactive engagement within operational undertakings to ensure prompt escalation to relevant manager in the event of system failure and/or operational weaknesses or necessary enhancements
