Job Description

To contribute to and manage the implementation of an integrated payments strategy that solves for customer payment needs across the relevant segment continuum
- Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters.
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture.
- Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.
- Develop strategic and tactical delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership
- Ensure key strategic payments projects are implemented.
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
- Develop tactical plans to drive revenue growth.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
- Influence the Segment to drive Payments decisioning across Retail.
