The Knowledge Management Coordinator is responsible for managing and streamlining all knowledge and data resources of the Impact team within Boldr. They must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills, and a clear understanding of Boldr’s corporate culture and ability to create venues for strengthening knowledge capture and sharing across various work streams and projects.

The Knowledge Management Coordinator will report to the Impact Manager while working with team members from Support Services and other teams to create meaningful impact within the company.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
Knowledge Management
- Manage the Impact teams databases and knowledge base which include Community Reports, Activity reports and all Narrative Report
- Coordinate with Boldr’s Learning and Development department to create a library of Best Practices from all of Impact’s executed projects under community, company, and mental health
- Support in the creation and dissemination of post-project reports, analysis, and monitoring of outcomes for each activity on a monthly basis
- Establish formal systems and pathways for capturing ‘tacit’ organizational knowledge
- Ensures Impact’s databases and information is up to date relevant and accessible to all stakeholders that may need data, stories, or information on Impact
- Support in Localizing knowledge management across different country offices in Mexico, South Africa, and the Philippines and ensuring publicly available information have localized versions
- Track feedback received from team members on surveys and ensure actions are on time
- Create a resource management framework where opportunities exist for knowledge sharing, e.g. Communities of Practice, Sharing New and Acquired Knowledge session
- Provide Project Management support where necessary

**Requirements**:
YOU HAVE
- A University Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Research
- Previous experience working with Databases, Organizational Development, Communications
- A keen understanding of interpersonal dynamics within a corporate or professional setting
- A basic understanding of how knowledge flows across and in and out of the organization.
- Understands, uses and promotes collaborative working principles and techniques, e.g. sets up and contributes to communities of practice; runs after action review sessions.
