Portfolio Assistant required to work along-side the Portfolio Manager, carrying out administrative tasks for numerous Sectional Title Scheme's and

Homeowners Associations in Parklands.

**Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate
- Accounting (Pastel) experience
- Bookkeeping
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Own reliable transport
- Good telephone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

*Property Management experience will be beneficial.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Working with a portfolio manager, managing a portfolio of clients
- Obtaining quotes from contractors for maintenance
- Drafting letters, minutes and general correspondence
- Liaising with committee members and trustees
- Process monthly books of account up to balance sheet for all body corporates, preparing audit packs and arranging & attending AGMs

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parklands, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
