Provide strategic and operational Marketing support
- Conduct regular meetings with store and regional operational managers to identify local marketing needs and opportunities.
- Participate in regional marketing meetings.
- Assist with the development of regional marketing plans and campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of key initiatives.

Visual merchandising
- Conduct store visits nationally to ensure adherence to marketing plans, standards, and corporate identity.
- Based on agreed principles and working with product specialists, develop visual merchandising standards for Buco and Timbercity, per product category.

Store development support
- Contribute to the development of store feasibility plans store opening plans and revamps.
- Support the Development Manager with Marketing intelligence.
- Manage interior and exterior store signage needs.

Operational event support
- Contribute to the planning of key store and regional events.
- Oversee and ensure the professional execution of store and regional events including:

- Store openings
- Store revamps
- Golf days
- Trade shows
- Community events

Regional Marketing and customer insights
- Support the central marketing team with sourcing data and conducting research.

Reporting
- Monthly reports
- Campaign reports
- Financial reports

Upholding and promoting the company values
- Matric
- Marketing Degree/ Diploma
- 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing, Branding or Sales
- Management experience
- Project management proficiency
