Internal sales administrator - Durban
Highly organised customer-focused sales administrator required to join a well-established brand, to administer all sales/orders and production thereof, for an ever-growing, highly sort after eco-friendly range.

**Duties**:
- **Deal with customers on a daily basis**: - telephonically/electronically and face to face. Capturing new orders/changes thereof and negotation of delivery date in respect to proudction schedule
Coordinate and manage all orders and personalisation thereof
Oversee team in dept, to ensure production on schedule and dept. neat, tidy and efficient
Maintain client relationships
Assist with the design and set-up of personalisation/branding orders - Artwork mock up (Illustrator)
Confirmation and sign-off of artwork, payment and loading orders onto production schedule
Daily liaison with customers, regional agents, on-line retail department & warehouse
Stock Management and weekly stock sheet updates sent to clients and internal departments
Sales Analysis of the range.
Range launch presentations - Powerpoint and Excel
Product development research
Arranging all show/exhibitions bookings, negotiations, displays required, set-up and representing the brand (could be interprovincial travel a few times a year)

**Minimum requirements**:
- Min. three years work exp. (A.E/administrator/internal sales/P.A. role)
Own reliable transport
Highly organised, neat and structured
Great attention to detail with an good telephone manner
Excellent administrator and communicator, able to follow paper trails efficiently and seamlessly.
Durban based
Team player and leader with a good attitude
Key skills
Advanced computer skills - Excel + Powerpoint. Adobe Illustrator & Sync exp. ideal.
Highly organised, with great attention to detail, to plan and implement schedules
Ability to multitask & work under pressure
Able to work unsupervised
Teamplayer, willing to get hands dirty/get the job done
Open communication skills, liaise with directors on a daily basis
Able to get through high work volumes, efficiently and calmly
Excellent telephone manner
Able to prioritise and assist clients on a daily basis
