Our client is an emerging provider of cutting-edge solutions in weather systems technology, specialising in developing advanced weather monitoring, prediction, and analysis tools.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and calibrate meteorological systems, including radars, sensors, weather stations, water monitoring equipment, and dam monitoring systems, according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal locations for system installation, taking into account factors such as terrain, accessibility, and environmental conditions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan and schedule installation activities, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
- Perform system integration and testing to ensure proper functionality and alignment with client requirements and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation or commissioning, working closely with manufacturers and suppliers as needed.
- Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities, including as-built drawings, equipment manuals, and commissioning reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at project sites, ensuring the safety of oneself and team members at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement based on field feedback and experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installing and commissioning meteorological systems, including radars, sensors, weather stations, water monitoring equipment, and dam monitoring systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in system installation, such as power tools, cranes, and lifting equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites domestically and internationally as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
