Your unquestionable expertise as a Marketing Leader with experience specifically in the Insurance sector will equip you to drive integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
You will manage the end-to-end marketing function (full value chain) for the direct channel & product house by designing, developing and executing the marketing strategy and related marketing programmes and plans.
You will be expected to drive brand awareness and business growth thru your strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
You're excited by the generation of ideas as a collective as well as independently. You enjoy analysing information to then create a robust strategy & plan, based on sound insights.
Comfortable to negotiate and convince people, working cross-functionally.
Experience and comfort in respecting structures, process,corporate policy & red tape (industry).

**You will be expected to drive in the following areas**:
Internal processes, Client, People and Finance.

**Some of your core responsibilities will be**:
To partner with vendors to supply materials supporting marketing concepts
Collaborate with product development, sales & service, technical marketing, technology, marketing & creative teams to drive the strategy and development of the appropriate marketing & communication solution.
Effectively deliver marketing messaging to target audiences in all marketing channels, including mobile, video, social media, PR etc.
Drive the development and measurement of marketing metrics that enable effective decision making around revenue growth, market share, marketing intelligence & profitability
Report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight &assess against goals
Contribute to the design of Client Journeys
Actively contribute to creating a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback & provides exceptional client service
Contribute to the development of area specific budgets to minimise expenditure, in alignment with operational plans
Inspire a positive work climate & culture which energises employees, gives meaning to work, minimises work disruption & maximises employee productivity
Demonstrate exemplary leadership behaviour
Effectively manage performance within the team in order to ensure business objectives are achieved.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Requirements for the role**:
10 years’ experience in Marketing /Communications
Marketing experience in Financial Services
Management and Insurance experience critical
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tenacious problem solver and taskmaster
Strong sense of integrity and honesty
Ability to respect confidentiality
Deadline and results oriented
Organised & self-disciplined
