Fleet Surveillance Clerk

**Opportunity Available Our client in the FMCG Sector is looking to employ a Fleet Surveillance Clerk to join their team in East London.**

***
- **Send out a report every morning with fridge temperatures for the night before i.e. trucks in the yard and trucks that have slept over.**
***:

- **Send out a report with departure times and report all drivers that have left late each morning with reasons why.**
***:

- **Update Manager on all drivers’ speeding, daily, especially repeat offenders. Also sending out speeding reports with regards to reps.**
***:

- **Trip replays to be done on all loads for the previous day. To identify all off route positions and investigate after reporting to management**
***:

- **Monitor that all vehicles at the company have trackers, temperature sensors, panic buttons, brackets, bottles and relays for fridge switches.**
***:

- **Arrange for installations, de-installations, re-installations, repairs on all units installed.**
***:

- **Daily monitoring: follow up on all notifications i.e. Speeding, Temperature control, Idling or parking for longer than an hour, Geofences, Fridge on and Fridge off triggers, panic buttons.**
***:

- **Monitoring all HOT SPOTS and doing immediate investigations after reporting to management.**
***:

- **Matching invoices to paperwork for all work done and constantly updating tracking unit registrations with Smartsurv.**
***:

- **Mapping of all current and new customers daily.**
***:

- **To do any other reasonable requests from management.**

**Job Requirements**:

- **Must possess a matric qualification**
***:

- **Must have 1 year experience in the distribution environment**
