**Role Overview**

To support Head Office and Branches with IT functions

Key Performance Areas
- Setup end user computers
- Manage operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Oversee data and system backups
- Resolve network and technical print issues
- Knowledge of 0365
- Create AD users
- Create Group Policy’s
- Able to do network installations
- Setup barcode scanners
- Support and maintain cameras
- Setup and maintain Kerridge (ERP) system printing
- Good knowledge of sever 2012 and 2016
- Support and maintain Biometrics systems
- Support both HO and branches
- Procurement of IT equipment

**Qualifications, Experience and Requirements**
- MCITP
- Win Server 2013
- Win Server 2012
- Win 10 & 11
- Microsoft Office
- 5+ years IT experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R38,000.00 per month
